How to Perform "Sports Parenting" Better

May 08, 2008
Just read this three-volume Encyclopedia of Sports Parenting. Who knew there was enough to say on the subject to fill an encyclopedia?

The advice sounds quite commonsensical (emphasize character development and ethics, don't pester the coach about how much your child plays). Unfortunately it's one of those books that won't get read by the folks who need it most.
